I'm the new signing for Action Mental Health! Thought being an ambassador would be like my day job as a comedian - fun, just need to compere a few gigs for them, have a chat with some nice folks. Nope, instead I'm going on an epic cycle challenge! It's called Break the Cycle - Dave's Big Bike Ride for Better Mental Health.
I will be clocking up 300 miles 8th - 10th October, and I REALLY need your support and encouragement.
Every donation will make a difference to me and keep me going, but it will also allow Action Mental Health to be there for the next person who needs their support.
The work of Action Mental Health is vital as they continue to support people right across Northern Ireland.
